The world’s largest passenger plane will be turned into a hotel

The Airbus A380, which was supposed to be sent for recycling, will be converted into a hotel. This will be done by former Airbus engineer Frédéric Deleuze. The hotel will be located in the northern part of Toulouse Airport (France), Dip.org.ua reports with reference to the Aerotime Hub.

The aircraft will accommodate 31 rooms. The fuselage will offer three types of rooms: standard doubles, junior suites for three or four people and two suites. One of the suites will be located in the cockpit of the A380 and the other will be located at the rear of the aircraft on two floors connected by an original staircase. The hotel complex will also include a 60-seat restaurant with a terrace overlooking the largest passenger aircraft.

This is not the first time the iconic aircraft has been transformed. In 2021, Emirates made the decision that the decommissioned Airbus A380 will be disassembled into parts that will form the basis for collectibles. And the Boeing 747 was converted into a restaurant for elite parties.
