Swiss artists Frank and Patrik Riklin created an installation in the form of a hotel room without walls and doors – tourists are invited to spend the night in it for 275 pounds. The Daily Mail writes about it.
The Zero Star art installation is located next to a gas station in the municipality of Sayon. The impromptu room is a wooden platform on which there is a double bed, bedside tables, and a safe. At the same time, there is no ceiling, doors, or walls in the “room”.
According to the artists, in this way, they wanted to draw public attention to global world problems: wars, climate change, and social inequality. A room without walls can be booked between 01 July and 18 September. It is noted that the Rivkin brothers made similar installations in other places in the European country: in the middle of a field, on a hilltop, and in the mountains.
