– The planned blitzkrieg in Ukraine, which the Germans knew about, turned into a long war that thwarted the plans of Russian-German rule and the division of Europe into zones of influence of Moscow and Berlin, – Piotr Tsyvinsky said on the air of Polish Radio. The guests of the program were also Agnieszka Severenyuk-Machorowska and David Wildstein.
Kremlin propagandists are increasingly publishing texts and publicly talking about the “denazification” of Ukraine, by which they mean the physical elimination of citizens of this country who do not agree to the Russian invasion of their country.
Piotr Tsivinsky referred to analogies stemming from the German experience during World War II and to Francis Fukuyama’s later theory of the “end of history” declared after the collapse of the USSR. – There was no end to history, on the contrary – the Russians needed time to get back on their feet, and the Germans have been very consistently pursuing their policy since the end of World War II, – the journalist emphasized. He assessed that in “the new edition of history, Russia and Germany have thrown a gas noose around the neck of Europe.” “The planned blitzkrieg in Ukraine, which the Germans knew about, turned into a protracted war that thwarted the plans of Russian-German rule and the division of Europe into Moscow and Berlin spheres of influence,” he added.
– The most shocking thing for me is that the EU is still considering what sanctions it will impose on Russia in response to the crimes in Ukraine – said David Wildstein.
According to Agnieszka Severeniuk-Maczerowska, she recognized that everyone should have been the object of these repressions. “In the face of the facts we are dealing with, no one should talk to Russia,” she said.
