European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will travel to Kyiv this week, accompanied by EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, her spokeswoman said.
The couple, two high-ranking European Union officials, will travel to Kyiv this week to meet with President (Volodymyr) Zelensky ahead of Saturday’s #StandUpForUkraine event in Warsaw, European Commission spokesman Eric Mamer said on Twitter.
