Travel regime for citizens of Ukraine

Entry mode: Visa-free
Citizens of Ukraine may enter, leave, stay and move through the territory of the Republic of Belarus without visas in compliance with the rules of stay and registration in force in the Republic of Belarus, on the basis of identity documents and proof of citizenship. Such documents are:

1. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (only for crossing the state border between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus and staying in the territory of the Republic of Belarus).
2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad.
3. Diplomatic passport.
4. Business passport.
5. Travel document of the child.
6. Identity card of a seafarer (if there is a ship’s role or an extract from it).
7. Identity card of the aircraft crew member (if there is a record in the flight task).
8. Identity card for return to Ukraine (for return to Ukraine or transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of return to Ukraine).

Citizens of Ukraine may stay in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for 30 days without registration. If the planned stay is more than 30 days, it is necessary to register, in particular, at the hotel or in the territorial division of citizenship and migration at the place of residence.
