The ranking of countries by level of English language proficiency has been published. Where does Ukraine stand?

Ukraine ranked 45th out of 113 countries in terms of English language proficiency. Such data was published by the international company Education First. It is clarified that the report is based on the results of testing 2.2 million adults in 113 countries and regions.

The Netherlands came in first place. Singapore is in second position in the ranking. Austria is in third.
