An Austrian Airlines plane was forced to return to Vienna airport after a two-hour flight to New York due to the failure of five of the eight toilets on board.
As The Guardian writes, there were about 300 people on board the eight-hour Boeing 777 flight. The crew decided to turn around after discovering that due to a technical problem, the water in the toilets was not flushing properly.
The injured passengers were transferred to other flights.
The airline claims that there was no such problem on Austrian Airlines flights before. Since then, the aircraft has been repaired and is back in service.
As DIP reported, earlier the pilot of the easyJet airline made a 360-degree turn over the ocean so that all passengers on board could see the incredible northern lights.
