The Sri Lankan authorities have decided to increase the cost of tourist visas. From December 1, the visa fee for issuing electronic passports and visas on arrival will change.
Thus, the cost of obtaining an e-visa will increase from 35 to 50 dollars. You can issue it on the website and pay with a foreign bank card.
The entry visa fee will increase from $40 to $60. Payment is possible in cash. For children under 12 years of age, visas are free.
