Britain and the United States have “strongly opposed” Russia’s campaign to destabilize Ukraine and called on Russia to de-escalate the situation, British Foreign Secretary Dominique Raab said on Sunday.
“US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and I have agreed that Russia must immediately de-escalate the situation and fulfill the international obligations it has signed with the OSCE,” Raab said in a tweet.
