New American hotel chain LXR Hotels & Resorts debuts in the United Arab Emirates. The chain’s first resort will open in 2023 on Al Navras Island in Abu Dhabi. The hotel will consist of a collection of villas and a golf course.
LXR Hotels & Resorts is a collection of independent hotels within the Hilton Group. The private island resort will offer guests 80 spacious villas, on the beach and on the water, the royal villa with two bedrooms will have 450 square meters. m.
The new Al Nawras Island hotel will feature a host of leisure and entertainment facilities including a gym, fitness studio, tennis and paddle courts, a private marina, beach club and spa.
There will be three swimming pools, including two outdoor and one indoor. Children will have their own playground, a dedicated pool, water playground and kids club. The new hotel will open restaurants and bars, including outdoors.
Al Nawras Island will join three LXR Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey.
Earlier in Abu Dhabi, the international hotel chain Hilton opened the first hotel under the Warner Bros. brand. The hotel is located on Yas Island, famous for its entertainment complexes, opposite the Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi theme park of the same name.
The hotel provides an opportunity for fans of Warner Bros characters to spend time in their surroundings. The hotel was opened as part of a partnership between real estate developer Miral and Warner Bros. Studios. It features signature Warner Bros restaurants and a gift shop, as well as a family and rooftop pool with views of Yas Island.
