Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said today that Russia and Ukraine are moving closer to an agreement on “critical” issues and are close to agreeing on some topics, Reuters reported.
Cavusoglu told the Hurriyet newspaper that he hoped for a ceasefire if the parties did not give up moving towards an agreement, BTA reported.
