Floods have forced the evacuation of a hospital in Sinop district on Turkey’s Black Sea coast, where regions have been hit by torrential rains in recent days, according to Turkish private CNN-Turk.
In the city of Ajanzhak of the Sinopsky area the river left coasts and flooded houses of locals. Efforts are being made to save the needy. Floodplains and streets are flooded. The cars were swept away by the oncoming water.
Sinop Mayor Barash Ayhan told television that workers remained at the factory in Ajaccio and that the hospital had been evacuated as a precaution.
Coast Guard boats were also sent to participate in rescue operations. The bridges that connect to the village are flooded.
