Turkey officially announces the fate of the “All-Inclusive” system in hotels and prices for summer vacations

Turkey has shared its plans for the upcoming summer tourist season, including the future of the “All-Inclusive” system in hotels and expected price trends for vacations in 2025. These statements were made during a workshop organized by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, where travel agents met with representatives of the hotel industry from various regions, the Turkish Hotel Association (TÜROB), and the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA).

“All-Inclusive” system: No changes ahead

One of the main topics discussed was the potential changes to the “All-Inclusive” system. Turkish representatives firmly stated that no significant changes or abandonment of this system are planned. According to hoteliers, the vast majority of tourists already inquiring about vacations in Turkey for the summer of 2025 are opting for hotels operating under the “All-Inclusive” model. Such consistent demand makes this system an integral part of Turkey’s beach tourism industry.

Price forecast for summer 2025

Regarding vacation costs, TÜROB representatives noted that prices at resorts on the Antalya coast, particularly in Belek, will increase but remain moderate, with growth estimated at 8-10% compared to the summer of 2024. Turkish officials emphasized that the government is striving to keep Turkey’s prices competitive with other tourist destinations while controlling the pace of price increases.

Challenges in developing new resorts

Attracting tourists to non-traditional resorts remains a challenge. Turkish experts pointed out that the primary obstacle is pricing, which often becomes the decisive factor for travelers. The lack of direct transportation or insufficient promotion plays a secondary role.

Conclusion

Turkey continues to maintain its position as one of the most popular destinations for beach vacations, keeping the “All-Inclusive” system at the core of its tourism offerings. Moderate price increases and a focus on retaining competitive advantages ensure stable demand for Turkish resorts in the upcoming summer season.
