In Vietnam, the Triton DeepView 24 submarine was launched at the Vinpearl resort complex and received its first tourist passengers, according to CNNTravel.
The vessel can take on board 24 people, it dives to a depth of 100 m. The hull of the boat is made of transparent material, which provides excellent visibility for tourists.
The duration of the dive is half an hour. During this time, passengers will be able to see the remains of sunken ships, coral reefs, and marine life, as well as diving shows.
The vessel is positioned as environmentally friendly – “practically silent and does not pollute the environment.”
