The British low-cost airline sold tickets to passengers for non-existent seats in the 26th row. This is reported by the Daily Star.
According to the publication, Daisy Barr (Daisy Barr) and a friend purchased tickets from the EasyJet carrier and only during boarding the flight found out that the plane had only 25 rows. At first, the girls stood in the place where their seats should have been and then went to look for empty seats in the cabin on their own.
As the tourists said, the crew members did not even try to help them. “Fortunately, there were several empty seats on board. But we experienced mental turbulence, ”the girl joked.
The travelers filmed their complaints on video and then posted them on TikTok. The video immediately went viral and received tens of thousands of likes and comments.
