Qatar lifts restrictions for tourists from all over the world

From December 23, the Qatar authorities will lift all entry restrictions that were introduced during the FIFA World Cup, the National Tourism Office of the country Qatar Tourism said.

From December 23, tourists will only need a passport to enter the country. Previously, during the World Cup, only foreigners with Hayaa cards (similar to a fan’s passport) could arrive in Qatar.

Qatar Tourism reminds us that at the end of the World Cup, guests of the country can fully appreciate the infrastructure, attractions, entertainment, and restaurants that have been opened in Qatar over the past two years.
