Authorities have focused on drafting and approving a law that would take drunk vacationers out of the water for money. And the travelers themselves will have to pay immediately after the rescue if the fact of their alcohol intoxication is proved. According to the publication, the bill will not appear anywhere. Local rescuers often have to pull tourists out of the water, neglecting their safety. They often choose to swim, despite being below a degree.
Just a few weeks ago, an incident occurred at sea: the rescue service involved 20 specialists to rescue two drunken men, who were taken to the open sea by the current. Authorities said that the operation to pull two Europeans out of the water cost the state the hryvnia equivalent of 200,000.
