“Got into a fairy tale”: Turkish Cappadocia impressed Ukrainian tourists

Cappadocia, one of the tourist centers of Turkey, has been visited by 4,285 Ukrainian tourists since March 25 this year.

Ukrainian tourists arriving in Cappadocia by direct flights from Kiev and Kharkov return to their country impressed by the natural, historical and cultural wealth of the historical area.

The head of the Stonepark Travel travel agency, Muzaffer Buyukbash, in an interview with the Anadolu agency, noted that Ukrainian tourists are showing great interest in Cappadocia.

According to him, direct flights from Kiev and Kharkov to Cappadocia began two months ago, and in the near future it is planned to open flights from a number of other cities of Ukraine.

“Cappadocia is of particular importance to Ukrainians. Almost every Ukrainian dreams of coming here. In this difficult period, the implementation of this project made us very happy, ”said Büyükbash.

One of the Ukrainian tourists David Yastedre said that he visited various tourist sites in Cappadocia and was very impressed.

“For the first time in my life, I have visited historical caves. This place has incredible scenery. It feels like we are in a fairy tale, ”said the Ukrainian.

Another tourist from Ukraine Vita Davydyuk, in turn, expressed his satisfaction with being in Cappadocia, where he had long dreamed of flying.

“I have traveled to different countries, but this trip was very enjoyable. Monasteries carved into the rocks will take you on a historical journey. I am pleased with the hospitality of the Turkish people even during a pandemic, ”said Davydyuk.

Daria Shevchenko said that she was impressed by the landscapes of the “Fairy Fireplace” in Cappadocia.
