There is a requirement to pre-register online for anyone traveling to Norway, regardless of their vaccination status. Unvaccinated travelers are required to provide a negative COVID-19 test 24 hours before entry into Norway (or boarding) and a border crossing test.

From 26 January 2022, quarantine for family members of a person who has been proven to be infected with the virus may be replaced by daily testing for COVID-19.
