The authorities of France and Canada urged their citizens to leave Belarus and avoid traveling to this country.
Thus, the French Foreign Ministry recommends leaving Belarus “without delay” using open crossings on the borders with Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
Canada on its official website for travelers raised the “risk level” of Belarus to the maximum.
The day before, the US Embassy recommended that its citizens urgently leave Russia.
