Adit Damodaran, an economist at Hopper’s Consumer Airfare Index, told tourists about the best time to buy tickets for the summer. This was reported by Fortune.
The expert explained that the cost of air tickets will increase in the coming months, and this is influenced by demand, seasonality and the jump in prices for aviation fuel.

Damodaran recommends not to postpone the purchase of travel documents, but to buy them in the near future:
“A good rule of thumb is to book tickets no later than three weeks before your expected departure date, and ideally even earlier (four to six weeks) for international travel.”
The expert also noted that the average price increased by 25 percent two weeks before the trip and another 30 percent during the last week.
