Police in the resort town of Lloret de Mar (near Barcelona) found three bodies – men, women and children – in a rented villa. According to preliminary data, 55-year-old Protosegna killed his wife and their daughter with a knife and an ax, and then hanged himself.
“The Catalan police do not rule out the possibility of triple murder and staged suicide,” the media added.
