Radars lost contact with him in Siberia, near Tomsk.

“On board the missing plane in the Tomsk region are 17 people, including four children,” – said in a statement.
The Siberian Rescue Center confirmed the disappearance of aircraft radars.
Coordinates of the missing An-28 may also be established.
