Residents return to Kyiv: NATO warns against further attacks

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko once again asked the residents of the capital to refrain from quickly returning home. He warned that roads on the outskirts of the city could still be mined. On Tuesday, Ukrainian military intelligence released the personal details of 52 Russian servicemen who allegedly committed crimes in the Kiev region. “The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense (GUR MO) received a list of servicemen of the 96th separate reconnaissance brigade of the 1st tank army of the Western Military District from Nizhny Novgorod who are committing war crimes against the people of Ukraine in the Kyiv region,” it was written.

The list contains detailed information about the soldiers – in addition to the name, surname, date of birth, military rank and position, it includes, among other things, the numbers of military books.
