International hotel operator Marriott International has announced a strategic partnership with Vinpearl, Vietnam’s largest hotel and entertainment chain. The agreement provides for the refurbishment and reconstruction of eight hotels in Vietnam – about 2,200 rooms.
As part of the new project, a new brand Autograph Collection Hotels will appear in Vietnam, as well as Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, and Four Points by Sheraton.
Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection will be the first hotel under this brand in Vietnam. Now known as Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81, the hotel is housed in a glittering 461-meter tower on the banks of the Saigon River. It will have 223 rooms and suites, three restaurants, bars, 12 event rooms, a business center, spa, outdoor pool, and fitness center.
Danang Marriott Resort & Spa will reopen after the rebranding of Vinpearl Luxury Danang. Located on Non-Nuoc Beach, close to the center of Da Nang, the hotel will consist of 200 rooms and suites, and 39 villas with modern residential design and local style accents, which will provide guests with an unforgettable experience along with Marriott’s signature spaces and services. There are five different dining and bar outlets, eight function rooms, an infinity pool, spa, kids club, tennis court, and a host of water sports including a diving center.
Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort is located on the west coast of Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam’s largest island and booming tourist area. Following the renovation of the existing Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort, the resort is expected to include 500 contemporary residential rooms, suites and villas, three restaurants, bars, extensive conference facilities, three swimming pools, and a spa and kids club.
Sheraton Hai Phong, now known as the Vinpearl Hotel Imperial, will be one of the top accommodation options for business and leisure travelers, as well as a conference and event center in the heart of Vietnam’s largest port city. It offers modern rooms and suites – 362 in total, four restaurants, bars, a banquet hall and four event spaces, a swimming pool, a spa, and a fitness center.
Sheraton Can Tho is well-positioned to become a landmark hotel in a thriving city in the Mekong Delta. Now operating as the Vinpearl Hotel Can Tho, the 262-room hotel is located on the banks of the Can Tho River, surrounded by many attractions. Guests can relax in the restaurant, lobby lounge, terrace café, and outdoor pool bar. It also has extensive event spaces, including a grand ballroom.
Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son is a 21-story hotel in the heart of the charming northern town of Lang Son, offering panoramic views of the surrounding forests and mountains. Currently known as Vinpearl Hotel Lang Son, it will be the first internationally branded hotel in the city. The hotel will have 127 rooms and suites, four restaurants, bars, a spa, and a banquet hall. To this, they promise to add vintage modern design, stylish comfort, authentic local cuisine, and signature service.
