However, some products chefs continue to live. At least that’s how it is in a 4-star hotel in Greece, where a Ukrainian woman got a job. She told about the amazing rules of the popular hotel in her blog.
The hotel is governed by safety regulations, so tourists are not poisoned. Yes, sausage and cheese slicing, including cheese, employees put in a container and put in the refrigerator – so the products do not spoil and do not dry. Shelf life – 1-2 days.
Pies are baked right in the kitchen, workers do not use semi-finished products. Cupcakes also do not allow you to lie on the table for a long time. Shelf life – 2 days.
“But not on the third day! On the third day, even if there are pies left, they are either eaten by hotel staff or fed to cats, ”she said.
Boiled eggs can also be put on the table the next day, but they are mixed with freshly boiled. What else can lie in the fridge until next time and more – it’s sauces. They do not spoil for a long time, so the kitchen staff does not throw them away, but offers them to guests in a few days.

Extend the life of bread and rolls as much as possible. Before putting them back on the table for guests, the products are heated to make them look attractive.
What is always disposed of immediately after breakfast:
- Fresh vegetable salads with tomatoes and cucumbers.
