The Giornale di Sicilia writes that the owner of a hotel in Sicily (Italy) ended up in the hospital after receiving too much electricity bill.
The man received an electricity bill that was almost 10 times larger than the previous one: it amounted to 83,000 euros, which must be paid before October 9th.
According to the hotelier Davide Bellitteri, a month earlier this amount would not have exceeded 9,000 euros. Now he will have to close the hotel from 1 October.
As the man said, having received the bill, he “did not see anything else” and “never experienced such a feeling.” He woke up in the hospital and is now feeling better.
