Torunlar Gayrimenkul Yatırım will build a 5-star Hilton hotel on the rooftop of Mall Of Antalya, which opened in 2017. This was reported on August 30 by the portal Turizm Ajansi.
The new hotel will open in the Kepez district, the Sinan microdistrict in Antalya. It is located near the airport, and far from the beach. Thus, it can be assumed that the new facility will be designed primarily for business tourists.
The hotel will have 144 rooms, that is, the hotel will be able to receive 288 guests at the same time. The name of the new facility is already known – Mall Of Antalya Hilton. The area of the covered part of the hotel will be 9354 square meters.
It is already known how much the construction will cost – it will cost 194 million Turkish liras and will employ 45 employees during the operation phase.
According to a Turkish publication, the well-known brand was able to obtain an opinion from the Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urban Development that “an environmental impact assessment is not required.”
