According to novinite.com, the Greek islands in the south of the Aegean Sea are already in a dark red zone with a risk of COVID-19 infection.
The decision of the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control means that traveling to the islands is not recommended, except for good reasons. The group of 13 islands includes the most popular destinations for foreign tourists – Mykonos, Santorini and Rhodes, which attract millions of visitors each year.
