A magnitude 4.5 earthquake shook Greece today, Kathimerini reported.
The quake was detected today at 16:00, six kilometers east of Amphilochia in the western part of the country.
According to the Goedinamic Institute, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 22.9 kilometers. The Euro-Mediterranean Center for Seismology also reported a magnitude of 4.5 on the Richter scale.
No injuries or damage were reported.
