A magnitude 3.7 earthquake shook eastern Georgia on Sunday. This was reported by the National Seismic Monitoring Center.
The quake was recorded on August 15 at 11:42 pm Tbilisi time, 25 kilometers from the city of Dmanisi (Kvemo Kartli region), near the village of Sameba.
The hypocenter of the earthquake was at a depth of seven kilometers. There were no reports of destruction.
