The EU cancels the mask regime on planes and airports

From next week, the EU authorities will cancel the mask regime at airports and on airplanes. This was stated by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).

At the same time, it is noted that the mask remains one of the best ways to protect against coronavirus.

New decisions were made in connection with the improvement of the situation with the pandemic. They will come into force on May 16, but airlines will be able to decide whether to adhere to the new rules or not, depending on the country they fly to.
