The European Union abolishes the mandatory wearing of masks at airports and during flights.
According to Patrick Kay, executive director of the Aviation Safety Agency, this is an important step towards normalizing air traffic for both passengers and crews.
Some airlines still have the right to impose measures on board their aircraft. It is also recommended to avoid distance measures at European airports if this leads to delays during inspections.
