The head of the Egyptian community in Ukraine, Ali Farouk, issued a statement in which he assured that stability is currently maintained in the cities of Ukraine.
Farouk assured the parents of Egyptian students studying in Ukraine that their children were all right, as well as members of the Egyptian community in Ukraine.
He urged everyone not to worry about the rumors about the living conditions of the Egyptians in Ukraine and to be content with the news reported by the relevant Egyptian authorities.
Farouk added that there is full coordination and constant communication with the Egyptian Embassy in Kiev, as well as with the Egyptian Ministries of Immigration and Foreign Affairs, noting that the Egyptian community follows the instructions of the relevant authorities.
Farouk urged members of the Egyptian community in Ukraine who had not registered their details to complete the process quickly to make it easier to contact them directly if the situation escalated.
According to him, coordination is underway with the Ukrainian authorities and the Egyptian embassy regarding the return of Egyptian students to their homeland at present to complete their online studies so that they are not expelled.
