The Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities plans to promote the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat after its opening, which is scheduled for April 3.
Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled el-Enan has agreed to provide a 50 percent discount on entrance tickets for Egyptians and foreign tourists for a period of two weeks, from 4 to 17 April, which allows you to visit the main exhibition hall.
Tourists will also be able to visit the Royal Hall of Mummies, starting on April 18, which coincides with World Heritage Day.
This hall will be carefully prepared, and the mummies will be placed in their windows for two weeks after the opening of the museum.
It is worth noting that the board of directors of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization at its last congress agreed to allow representatives of Egyptian, Arab and international media to photograph photographs of artifacts in the central exhibition hall for free on April 4 and 5.
