Denmark has recorded its first case of the delta-plus variant, a mutation of the strain, first detected in India, according to a state agency dealing with infectious diseases.
The option was brought by an infected passenger who was traveling from Portugal by plane. The passenger and other people on board the plane are being tracked down and will have to go into isolation, the agency said.
