A magnitude 6.5 earthquake shook an area in western Canada last night, according to Reuters, citing data from the US Geological Survey.
The epicenter is located approximately 164 km southeast of the municipality of Kitimat in the province of British Columbia. The cell is located at a depth of 15 km from the earth’s surface.
