Austria saves tourist season and abolishes quarantine for non-vaccinated from COVID-19

Austria lifts quarantine on January 31 for those not vaccinated against coronavirus. This was stated by Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer.

The decision was made after it became clear that the situation in hospitals had stabilized, especially in intensive care units. “Lockdown for the unvaccinated ends on Monday,” the chancellor said before a cabinet meeting.

At the same time, there is a requirement for vaccination or disease if you want to visit most public places – restaurants, shops, concerts, exhibitions and more. Also be sure to wear a mask type FFP2.
